The school offers pre-service training for language teachers of four languages: English, German, French, and Spanish. Within the three years of training in each language department, the students are offered methodology courses during which bilingual education is one of the topics presented.

The college was one of the organizers of the bilingual Spanish section in High School no 1 in Bydgoszcz. Our teachers from the Spanish department form the majority of the staff employed there.

The school also offers in-service training for language teachers. Three teachers from the College are regional co-ordinators of national in-service programmes: INSETT (English language), Delfort (German), Cofran (French). We organise courses at the regional and national level for language teachers of five languages (Russian included) - providing teaching qualifications, also specific ones, e.g. for teachers of young learners.
